Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 44bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting service accessible at 44bet.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 44bet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the 44bet platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the 44bet platform. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to 44bet is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 44bet or any affiliated responsible gaming scheme;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 44bet or its technology partners.

44bet is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under our international gaming license, we conduct age and identity verification on all accounts. Age verification documentation will be requested before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at our sole discretion.

If 44bet has reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds deposited by a verified underage user will be returned to the originating payment method. Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

44bet supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 44bet account within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer timings are subject to the processing schedules of the originating institution.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• 44bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts without completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of request and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of approval, though bank transfer timings remain subject to the receiving institution's schedule.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 44bet are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• 44bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed as a result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. 44bet may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during live events.
• Settlement of sports markets is conducted in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan Cricket Board domestic competitions, ICC for international matches, PSL governing body for Pakistan Super League fixtures).
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 44bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within each market or game. These limits may be adjusted at 44bet's discretion.
• Winnings will be credited to your 44bet account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

44bet reserves the right to delay settlement of any market pending the outcome of official appeals, disciplinary proceedings, or where the result is otherwise in dispute with the relevant governing body.

Bonuses and Promotions

44bet offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates. These details are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses are considered abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposit funds. Real-money funds are used first when wagering, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• 44bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any qualifying activity completed prior to withdrawal will be honoured.
• Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting matched betting strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing low-risk hedging bets solely to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account suspended.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44bet platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one 44bet account for any reason, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market for mutual benefit.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features without human input.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between 44bet and other operators with the primary intent of risk-free profit extraction rather than recreational play.
• Money laundering: Using 44bet accounts to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity through deposit and withdrawal cycles.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, mis-priced markets, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known manifest errors will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider for funds legitimately deposited and used on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 44bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 44bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database right laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44bet platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any platform software;
• Create derivative works based on any 44bet content;
• Use 44bet branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 44bet intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or payment network disruptions);
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from prohibited conduct;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

44bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any outage but cannot guarantee specific uptime levels.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 44bet's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy and Data

44bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, and payment information — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of customer support.

Responsible Gaming

• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with applicable regulations;
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes;
• As required by regulatory, legal, or law enforcement directive.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Amendments to Terms

44bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at 44bet.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date indicated at the top of the page.

Where changes to the Terms are material, 44bet will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 44bet's operating license is issued.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism stipulated under our international gaming license. 44bet will cooperate fully with any such process.
